I looked into the water, weighing,
Not sure of myself, I am swaying.
If it's too cold, I can't bear,
Might fall in too deep, I am scared.
I can dip my toes but where's the fun in that?
I've never been a fan of half-assed acts
I will never know if I won't try,
Talked myself into it and then I sighed.
I know I can swim, myself I can save.
I should just let go and be a little brave,
So I jumped and found out that I was right,
The coldness & depth -- now I gotta fight.
